From the initial battery change going wrong and not being properly explained, to the more recent issues with watches getting broken or losing parts, I left feeling very let down. Their claim of offering quick and affordable services for battery replacements seems false when they can't even properly clean your watch in a reasonable amount of time. The trust you're supposed to have in them is completely shattered.
